Important Notes on Availability and Order Acceptance

Technicians can proactively update their availability to make their profiles visible on the platform.

During their registered availability, technicians are encouraged to actively monitor and accept suitable orders to increase the number of completed orders and minimize cancellations that may negatively affect their tiers.

Not accepting orders outside registered availability will not affect a technician’s tier.

1. Standard Tier

The Standard Tier is the default tier for newly activated technician accounts starting to operate on the Glow platform, as well as for technicians who have not yet met the requirements for a higher tier. At this stage, technicians can connect with customers through the platform.

Glow encourages technicians in this tier to:

• Proactively accept and complete suitable orders.

• Minimize cancellations after accepting orders.

• Improve service quality to receive positive customer ratings.

Maintaining good performance metrics will help technicians qualify for a higher tier more quickly.

2. Professional Tier

The Professional Tier is for technicians who maintain consistent performance and meet the platform’s activity standards.

To qualify for the Professional Tier, technicians must meet all of the following criteria over the past 30 days:

• Complete at least 15 orders (≥ 15 completed orders).

• Maintain an order cancellation rate of less than 30%.

• Maintain an average rating of at least 4 stars.

This tier is an important stepping stone toward the Elite Tier, which offers technicians greater order opportunities and additional benefits on the platform.

3. Elite Tier

The Elite Tier is the highest level for technicians who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance and provide excellent customer experiences on the platform.

To qualify for the Elite Tier, technicians must meet all of the following criteria over the past 30 days:

• Complete at least 30 orders (≥ 30 completed orders).

• Maintain an order cancellation rate of less than 20%.

• Maintain an average rating of more than 4.5 stars.

Key Benefits:

• Quality Tag: Technician profiles receive a “Quality” tag, enhancing credibility and increasing the likelihood of being selected by customers.

• Reduced Advertising Fees: Lower advertising fees help technicians maximize the value earned from each completed order.

Glow applies the following advertising fees based on technician tier:

• Standard and Professional Tiers: An advertising fee of 33% of the order value is deducted from the Advertising Balance for each completed order.

• Elite Tier: An advertising fee of 25% of the order value is deducted from the Advertising Balance for each completed order.

4. Negative Advertising Balance Limits by Tier

When a technician’s Advertising Balance reaches or exceeds the applicable negative balance limit for their current tier, their ability to apply for orders will be temporarily restricted. The system checks the balance when the technician taps the “Apply” button.

This restriction remains in place until the negative balance has been fully settled and the Advertising Balance is restored to zero or above (≥ 0).

The maximum negative Advertising Balance limits applicable in the Philippines are as follows:

• Standard Tier: -200 PHP

• Professional Tier: -1,000 PHP

• Elite Tier: -2,000 PHP
